ORDERING POLICY
All Payments/Deposits are due prior 2 days to your pick-up-date. If there is cake for delivery, payments will be required within 5 business days upon pick-up-date. If payments/deposits have not been received, the cake will be cancelled.

If you do not see any cakes on the menu. Feel free to ask the baker about a custom cake that fix your needs and wants.

Cancellation/Refunds
Arch Bakery tries its best to provide the best tasting cakes. Orders can not be cancelled or refunded within 7 days prior to the pick update/event. If something happens to come up, which can occur please reach out to the baker.
Refunds will not be allowed at this time. If a refund is permitted please talk to your baker. Cancellation made 24 -hours of the pick up date will not be eligible for refund.
Arch Bakery wants to keep things simple when it comes to the ingredients and make sure that each dessert suits each individuals need. Includes but not limited to. Peanut, soy diary, tree nut, wheat, gluten, etc…
If allergenic to anything please express the ingredients with the baker.

Do not put them in direct sunlight and heat sources
Keep the cake level at all times
It is recommended to remove the cake from the fridge or freezer 1 or 2 hours before consumption. We all know cake taste best when it is at room temperature
Transfer your cake into the fridge if instructed by the bakery. Some cakes should be kept at room temperature
If transporting by vehicle, please place cake boxes onto a level, non-slip surface and try to avoid bumpy roads or driving crazy.
